East Africa is located in the African continent. It is made up of five countries which include; Uganda, Kenya, Tanzania, Burundi and Rwanda. Tanzania is the largest country in East Africa and Rwanda is the smallest. Lake Victoria is the largest lake in East Africa. Lake Victoria is shared by three East African countries and these include; Uganda, Kenya and Tanzania. There are two East African countries crossed by the Equator and these are Uganda and Kenya. Some countries in Africa are landlocked while others are not. A landlocked country is a country without a seaport and these countries are Uganda and Rwanda.
