Every term, we have road etiquette and safety week. During this week, we educate parents and pupils on how to keep safe on the road. This term, we mainly focused on stopping children under thirteen years from sitting in the front seat of the car. A class would stand on the roadside while holding posters with messages of road safety. They would choose the pupils to speak on the microphones about road safety. There would be a crew serving out small papers with road etiquette and safety messages to parents. I advise children to stay in the backseats until they’re thirteen years of age. They should also wear seatbelts for safety purposes.
