At Taibah, we get to learn and do a variety of things. During the Sports Term, we do a wide range of sporting activities such as netball, basketball, football, cross country, laps, relays, swimming, badminton, and many others.

Every year, different houses compete to win a variety of prizes which include; a bull for the first position, two goats for the second position and two boxes of sweets for third and fourth positions respectively.

Like all previous Sports Days, this day involves activities like bicycle race, athletics, aerobics, and many others. In addition to those mentioned above, this year’s Sport’s Day had a bridging game, kangaroo race and balloon game. All these made the day exciting and unforgettable.

While Sports Day is a day to showcase talent and willingness to participate, triumph is inherent. Surprisingly we had a change in colour rankings. For years, Taibah community has been accustomed to Rwenzori and Elgon as probable victors. However, this year’s victor was Moroto Green.

Personally, this is something I have always looked to and this is the reason the 2025 T.I.S.P Sports Day will always be remembered. This year was special to me because my house won and this has never happened since I came to Taibah.
